What is the return policy?
Customers are entitled to open and inspect the shipment upon delivery in the presence of the courier. (Note: Inspection only—items cannot be tried on).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at noreee.eg@gmail.com. Please note, after the courier leaves, customers may request an exchange or return within only 24 hours from the time of delivery.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. No return for the item on SALE season.
When will I get my order?
We work hard to fill your orders in a timely fashion, and most orders are shipped within 5-10 business days. Once your order is processed, the shipping time varies based on the shipping method that is chosen. Please keep in mind that during SALE periods, this time can be a little longer.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured locally. Every piece is made by Egyptian hands. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
